We have implemented a mobility program enabling MORE members to undertake short stays at partner institutions to build competencies, exchange expertise, and foster collaboration. During these visits, researchers give seminars and meet with colleagues to identify synergies and prepare future joint proposals. Upon returning, they present a seminar at their home institution to share insights and promote new collaborations..
