Upcoming Visit of Dr. Ricardo Lebensohn (Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA)
From November 11 to 30, 2025, we will have the privilege of hosting Dr. Ricardo Lebensohn (Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA), one of the world’s leading experts in micromechanical modeling of crystalline materials.
His visit will take place within the framework of the Thematic Network on Multiscale Mechanics of Engineering Materials, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, and will include stays in Madrid, Zaragoza, Ciudad Real, and Granada.
During his visit, Dr. Lebensohn will engage in scientific discussions with several research groups, deliver specialized seminars, and explore new avenues for collaboration. This visit represents an excellent opportunity to strengthen our interaction with a key international figure in the development of mean-field approaches and multiscale modeling, and to promote knowledge exchange in the field of mechanics of materials.
We look forward to welcoming Dr. Lebensohn and greatly appreciate his willingness to share his expertise with our community.
